The visit focused primarily on our R32 air-to-water heating heat pump solutions, reflecting the growing demand for efficient and reliable heating systems in cold-climate regions.

During the visit, the Kazakhstan client engaged in detailed technical discussions with our engineering team, raising a series of professional questions regarding system performance, operational stability, installation configurations, and energy efficiency under low ambient temperature conditions. Our engineers provided comprehensive and precise answers to over 10 key technical inquiries, covering aspects such as:

• Heating performance in sub-zero environments
• System reliability and long-term operation
• Control logic and inverter technology
• Installation flexibility and hydraulic system integration
• Energy-saving performance and COP optimization

The client expressed a high level of satisfaction with the technical responses, highlighting WOTECH’s strong R&D capabilities and practical engineering experience in the heat pump industry.

Following the technical session, the client was guided through our showroom and production facilities, where they had the opportunity to closely inspect our R32 Monoblock heat pump units. The hands-on demonstration allowed the client to better understand the product design, build quality, and key components, including the compressor system, heat exchanger, and control modules.

The visit further strengthened the client’s confidence in WOTECH’s manufacturing standards and product reliability. Particularly, the R32 heating heat pump units attracted significant interest due to their balance of performance, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness—making them highly suitable for the Kazakhstan market, where stable heating in cold climates is essential.
