Special Offer for Evaporative Water Cooling AC sets top discharge ducted Indoor with Plastic Outdoor
Comprehensive Product Range
Meeting Diverse Customer Needs with a Wide Variety of Options
All Key Components Are Sourced from Leading Global Brands
Core components—including compressors, electronic expansion valves, heat exchangers, motors, fans, control boards, copper pipes, copper materials, and valves—are carefully selected from internationally renowned suppliers with whom we maintain long-term partnerships.
This craftsmanship-level sourcing ensures that every part of Wotech’s air-to-water cooling systems operates at peak performance, fully unleashing the unit’s high-efficiency potential.
System Operating Principle
This system combines water cooling, air cooling, evaporative cooling, and compressor technology to achieve optimal thermal efficiency.
The outdoor unit first utilizes evaporative cooling via a wet curtain (wet pad) to reduce the temperature of circulating water. The high-temperature water, which has absorbed heat, is cooled down to ambient temperature through this process.
The cooled water then passes through the heat exchanger inside the indoor unit. At this point, the compressor is already in operation, compressing the refrigerant into a high-temperature, high-pressure gas. As this gas flows through the indoor heat exchanger, it releases heat to the water, transforming into a medium-temperature liquid refrigerant.
This liquid refrigerant then undergoes throttling through an expansion valve, becoming a low-temperature, low-pressure liquid before entering the indoor evaporator. Here, it fully exchanges heat with the warm indoor air, delivering cool air into the space.
Simultaneously, the heat exchanger produces hot water, which is then pumped to the outdoor unit’s water distributor and guided to the wet curtain. Through a combination of air cooling and evaporative cooling, the heat is effectively removed—transforming high-temperature water back to ambient temperature.
This cycle repeats continuously, maximizing energy efficiency and significantly reducing energy consumption. The result is a highly efficient, low-carbon, and energy-saving cooling solution.
